As of the moment of the review, definitely the best in town! Great attention to customer, meat focused, good assortment of wine and a great Chuflay. Love it.

Definitely one of the best restaurants to eat grilled meat. The service is almost perfect (the staff is constantly taking care of your needs). Overall this place looks fancy. The food for me was 9/10 the meat was extremely delicious, the salad bar had nice options. Highly recommend for a romantic date.

The place is very good. I did not like the fact that they charge you 15% tip for the workers and after you pay you are ask to pay another tip for the server who served you that is 10% more. You are not used to in Tarija to pay 25% in tips.

Best steak I’ve had in my life. I had the Prime Beef. Service was amazing, staff very attentive and quick for Bolivian standards. Would really recommend .

TLDR: definitely a splurge, however the level of service and food quality totally warrant it! Not one to award 5 stars easily, but this is one of them.Food - ordered ubre for entry, picaña and costillas for main, flan and brownie for dessert, plus jarra de limonada. All of the servings were rich, extremely well prepared and tasty! The costillas was a mountain of meat, way more than my partner could handle hahaAnd all of this accompanied by an open salad buffet, perhaps one of the freshest and also most elaborate I have seen during my stay in Bolivia. Excellent!Service - this was to me the most exceptional about my experience in this dive! Marcelo is a prime example of an avid professional with a quip and a smile. It is clear from everything that the waiters are superbly trained: reaching in and serving out from the correct side, remaining present at table after serving a plate to witness the meat done correctly to the guest’s specification before retreating, refilling half-empty glasses in passing, present and total attention when communicating with guests. Very enjoyable. Well done, sir!One caveat: considering my Spanish is adequate, I have neglected to test whether personnel masters English

Probably one of the best Bife de Chorizo I had was here 1 year ago, so I had to come again and try it, and I can say that it is still my favorite one. The meat is thick enough and with a good taste, I had it medium well (3/4). The salad bar was better one year ago, but it still had good options this time. The service was really good and the restaurant is really beautiful, it doesn't matter if you eat inside the old house or outside. It was a great experience. I would definitely go again and again.

The most amazing steak my partner and I have had since being in South America (or ever). We ordered the ‘Tomahawk para 2 personas’, which also included access to the delicious salad bar. It came out with a sizzling hot-plate to cook our waiter-cut strips to our liking. Absolutely mouth-watering. Don’t sleep on this place.

The salad buffet was my favorite part! There was so much variety and everything was well made. My ribeye was delicious too! (Best fries I've had in Bolivia too!)
